This complete five-day course delivers the most comprehensive training in the industry. If your view is to start your own business; the progression of the week will provide you with all the skills, knowledge, confidence and ongoing support after the training course.
This five-day course is broken down into 4 individual modules. So, if all you need is to brush up on some aspects or use it as a refresher, the modules can be booked individually to suit your needs perfectly.

We have delivered training courses to individuals, small businesses and corporations throughout the UK and internationally; within many industries including automotive, furniture, fashion, marine and aviation.
Our training facility is situated within our 11500 ft² premises where we manufacture all our products in house. Our dedicated training room is a fully equipped and functional workshop with a custom spray room at your disposal.
We provide all tools, products and samples; so, there is no need to bring your own item to work on.

Furniture Clinic uses state of the art technology to develop and test new products to be used in our cleaning and repair process. From the initial design stage, the products are sent to 3rd party test houses to make sure they conform to industry standards. The products are then used first by Furniture Clinic technicians throughout the UK before being brought to market. This rigorous process ensures all products are fully vetted, giving you complete peace of mind that our products are the best in the market.
With around 50 people working in our head office, we have dedicated trade account teams for the UK and our international customers, not to mention technical and training departments, research and development departments; we have the infrastructure to help your business grow.
It doesn’t stop there; Furniture Clinic can offer so much more than world class training and support. We supply care plans to furniture retailers and cover their first-year servicing. We also carry out work for 3rd party warranty and insurance companies.
This coupled with the fact that our website generates over 6000 enquiries a year for repairs; we operate a national furniture repair service.
The work is carried out by a network of our own branches and independent companies.

Our Technical and Training Manager at Furniture Clinic is Craig Stevenson. Craig is a fully qualified traditional upholsterer by trade. Craig has 21 year’s experience in the upholstery trade and over 18 year’s experience repairing and restoring leather, of which the last 10 years have been at Furniture Clinic.
With the decline of the reupholstery trade in general, Craig turned his eye to leather repair. Gaining experience working for numerous companies, he soon realised which leather repair products worked well and how to achieve the best results
After many year’s hands-on experience, Craig joined Furniture Clinic as an upholsterer, reupholstering client’s furniture. We soon realised that his knowledge and ‘on the job’ experience of leather repair and leather repair products was such that, together, we were able to improve our product range and techniques to produce what are today considered to be the best in the industry.
Our training courses focus on a no-nonsense real-life experience approach to leather repair. We have had attendees who have been to other company’s leather training courses who have told us that they have learned more in one day with Furniture Clinic than they did over the entire training course of some of our competitors. Craig runs all our internal, national and international training courses; a job which has taken him all over the world.
