About Laminate Floor Polish
Our Laminate Floor Polish has been specially designed to protect, restore and polish all types of laminate flooring safely, and thoroughly. Apply it immediately to new laminate flooring so the polish can protect the laminate from scuffing, scratching, staining, and wear.
As standard, the Laminate Polish will add a sheen to your floor. It can then be polished to increase the shine.
On old laminate floors the polish soaks in and fills micro scratches, improving the appearance of the floor. The Polish will also restore the sheen to any dull and faded patches on your laminate, and can be polished to a high shine if desired. Otherwise, the Laminate Floor Polish is designed to match the sheen of your laminate floor.
The Laminate Floor Polish works by protecting the top layer of laminate from damage; if this top layer of laminate has become damaged, the product soaks in and repairs it. The polish also restores the shine to faded areas of laminate. So by applying the Laminate Floor Polish to your laminate floor from day one, it will help to keep your floor looking newer for longer.

Store between 8°C and 30°C.
Laminate Floor Polish Instructions
Clean the floor first using the Laminate Floor Cleaner, ensuring all dust and dirt has been removed.
Shake bottle well and squirt directly onto the floor. Using the Flooring Applicator Pad Kit, spread the laminate polish evenly and thinly across the floor wiping sideways against the grain. Apply very light fingertip pressure when doing this. Then wipe following the direction of the grain for a lovely smooth finish. The floor should have a wet look that shines when the polish is applied, but not so much that it puddles.
Work in small, manageable sections, before moving onto the next area.
The Laminate Floor Polish takes about 30 minutes to dry and is safe to be walked on. However, if you can, we recommend leaving the polish to dry overnight before any heavy use of the floor.
Once applied the polish should match the sheen of your floor. However, if you have a very shiny laminate, or you would like to increase the sheen, you can buff the polish with a clean mop pad (or cloth).
If you want a deep shine to your laminate flooring, you can also apply a second or third coat to increase the shine.

Q. Does the polish also clean laminate flooring?

Q. How do you polish a laminate floor?
A. You can polish laminate floors using our Laminate Floor Polish.
With use, laminate floors can become dull in places and scratched from use. This is a sign of the top layer of laminate suffering from wear & tear. The polish soaks into the damaged areas restoring them, helping to repair scratches and restore the faded areas.
Q. How often should you polish laminate floors?
A. The polish has been designed to protect laminate floors for six months. This time will increase for lesser used rooms, but could be slightly reduced for very high use areas. Our advice is to re-apply the Laminate Floor Polish when you see the floor starting to look dull again, or as a guide:
For rooms used daily – apply polish once every six months.
For rooms less frequently used – apply polish once a year.
Q. Will the Laminate Floor Polish restore the shine on laminate?
A. Yes, simply apply the polish to the laminate and leave it to dry. There is no need to buff or polish the floor afterwards, and as it dries it will add a sheen to your floor. To increase the shine of the polish, you can buff it with a clean mop pad, or apply another application of polish.
Q. Is the Laminate Floor Polish safe for use around cats and dogs?
A. Yes, it is water-based and so perfectly safe around all pets.
Q. Will it make my floor slippery?
A. No, it will protect and shine the laminate, but its been developed with specialist chemicals to do this without making the laminate floor slippery.
