Christmas Shipping
For mainland UK delivery before Christmas, please place your order by 2pm on the 22nd December. Please note that is only a guide based on information from our couriers. We cannot guarantee delivery dates as shipments may be delayed by courier issues. We recommend you order as early as possible if you require your products before Christmas.
During the Christmas and New Year period, there will be some dates that we are unable to dispatch orders, these dates are:
- December: 25th, 26th, 27th, 28th.

The Carpet & Upholstery Care Kit is a two-part fabric cleaning kit designed to clean and protect all items of carpet, upholstery, and clothes. The kit comprises of:

500ml Carpet & Upholstery Protector
Cleaning Brush
Microfibre Cloth
The Cleaner is not only great for removing everyday dirt and grime, but it doubles as a stain remover capable of removing tough, dried on stains such as tea, coffee, ketchup and a lot more. It’s made from plant extracts too so is completely safe around children and pets.
The Protector works by coating every individual fibre in a breathable and invisible coating that doesn’t affect the look or feel of the material but will still prevent the most aggressive stains from penetrating into the fabric; stains such as wine, coffee, curry and more.

Fabric Care Kit Coverage and Shelf Life
This kit gives you enough product to:
- Thoroughly clean and protect a three-piece suite.
- Clean and protect an area of carpet roughly 20m².
Store in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight.
Store between 8°C and 30°C.
Once opened, use within 3 years.
This kit contains:
- 500ml Carpet & Upholstery Cleaner
- 500ml Carpet & Upholstery Protector
- Cleaning Brush
- Microfibre Cloth
General Cleaning Instructions
Step 1.
Spray the Carpet & Upholstery Cleaner onto the fabric so the area becomes slightly wet. Agitate the fabric using a Cleaning Brush and leave it to dwell for 15 minutes, while the product loosens the dirt.
Step 2.
Wipe the surface with the Microfibre Cloth to remove the dirt.
Step 3.
Rinse the cleaned area with warm water and allow to dry. If the fabric is still dirty, keep repeating these steps until it is clean.
Step 4.
Allow the fabric to dry out and then apply the Carpet & Upholstery Protector to help reduce future staining and dirt. Shake the bottle well and then spray onto the fabric so the surface becomes slightly damp. Leave to dry.
Carpet & Upholstery Stain Removal Instructions
Step 1.
Spray onto the stain and agitate with a Cleaning Brush for three minutes, then allow to dwell for 15 minutes.
Step 2.
Gently agitate the stain again for about 3 minutes using a Cleaning Brush and then wipe the stain over with Microfibre Cloth to remove the loosened stain particles.
Step 3.
Rinse thoroughly with warm water and a clean cloth to remove any excess staining. If the stain persists, repeat above until it has gone, or no more stain is transferring onto your cloth.
Step 4.
Allow the fabric to dry out and then apply the Carpet & Upholstery Protector to help reduce future staining and dirt. Shake the bottle well and then spray onto the fabric so the surface becomes slightly damp. Leave to dry.

Carpet & Upholstery Protector causes all of the above stains and more to be held on the surface, preventing them from drying in and staining the fabric.
Q. How often should I use the Kit to clean & protect my fabrics?
A. For complete, year-round protection and maintenance of furniture and other high-use items, you should clean your item and apply the Carpet & Upholstery Protector every three months. This will ensure your carpets and upholstery have total protection from stains, spills and other accidents.
Q. I want to clean & protect items made from a very delicate fabric, is the Kit safe to use on them?
A. Yes. The products in the Kit do not contain any damaging solvents or abrasives so it is completely safe to use on all fabrics, including delicates, such as wool or silk.
Q. What kind of staining will the Carpet & Upholstery Protector in the kit prevent?
A. The Carpet & Upholstery Protector included with the kit will build a strong, invisible barrier on the surface of the fabric that will repel staining of any type. It is ideal for protecting your furniture from an endless list of common marks, stains and spills, including:
- Red Wine, Fizzy Drinks, Tea, Coffee and other beverages
- Food stains, including stubborn marks like curry or sticky sweets
- Oil, Paint & Dye
- Nail Varnish
By protecting your fabric on a regular basis you can ensure that when you do drop or spill one of these substances on your fabric items, the dirt/liquid will be held on the surface by the protective barrier and can simply be cleaned off with the cleaner & spotter and an absorbent cloth or sponge.
