Repairs to Lexus Bolster

BEFORE
AFTER
The photographs show some deep scuffing to the bolster on this Lexus seat.
What made it a little more tricky was the fact another company had tried to repair it and failed. They had used super glue which is a big no no as it make the leather hard and brittle.
However, we managed to get past that and as you can see the repair looks really good.

NOEL EDMUNDS RANGE ROVER

BEFORE
AFTER
Eleven years ago this was Noel Edmunds own new Range Rover, not one that had been put through his works for resale, but his personally. The new owner brought it to us with great enthusiasm because he was having alot of work on the outside done and he also wanted to have the front seats and door handles restored.

Once these were restored he decided he wanted the rest of the interior restored which resulted in recolouring the back seats, all the door cards, steering wheel and to finish of a carpet clean. One problem he had was that some new headrests he bought for it which were supposed to be in the original tone turned out not to be. We were able to colour match them to the rest of the car.

Lexus bolster

This photograph shows the bolster form a Lexus with the usual drivers side bolster wear.

We firstly matched the leather colour to ensure a perfect match when later applied. We then removed the manufactured coating, repaired the damages and re applied the pigment and lacquer to seal.
