Re-make Handbag Lining

BEFORE
AFTER
The inside of this Chanel handbag was falling to pieces! We deicded it was beyond our normal repair methods so we re-made a brand new lining to match the original. The old lining was carefully removed and templates made. We cut out new leather, coloured it to match and then stitched it back to the bag.

Leather Folder

BEFORE
AFTER
This is a sentimental folder, purchased in the 1920's by our customers father and initialled on the front. It must have been stored for many years with only the front side of leather exposed, which caused severe discolouration. We managed to restore the colour so it matched the original colour on the reverse side and also remove a small water mark in the corner on the reverse side.

Mulberry Colour Change

BEFORE
AFTER
The leather on this bag was changed from a light cream to a brown colour to match our customers Mulberry Purse, which we also restored. However, the crocodile skin was to remain untouched so we had to carefully mask it off.
