Furniture Clinic Expands into Glasgow

Posted on November 16, 2017

by Furniture Clinic

As well as selling a range of care and restoration products for leather, fabric and wood, Furniture Clinic has a nationwide network of professional repair technicians.

Our Furniture Clinic service branches allow their customers to save hundreds, if not thousands of pounds by having their leather, fabric and wood items repaired.

It is this unique service and increasing demand that is fuelling the growth of the Furniture Clinic franchise network.

With successful service branches already running in Gateshead, Birmingham, Leeds and Crewe, we are very happy to welcome Glasgow to the team.

Jim Flynn who runs Furniture Clinic Glasgow said: “This is a significant five-figure investment for us which demonstrates our confidence in Furniture Clinic and Glasgow as a region.”

“In the current economic climate, it’s important to save money in as many ways as possible. Rather than replacing worn leather car seats or colour faded sofas, with specialist dyes and treatments taught by Furniture Clinic, we can restore them to look like new again.”

Our head office is based in the North East of England, where we offer technicians a full training programme so that they can learn the theory, skill and knowledge required to successfully run and operate a Furniture Clinic business.

Jim Flynn said: “With over a decade of experience in cleaning leather and fabric, we are excited to be able to offer both our commercial and domestic clients a professional restoration service too.”

“We have a wide customer base from classic car and motorbike enthusiasts to restaurant and home owners which means every job offers a new challenge.”

There are currently three technicians working at the new branch and with demand already so high, it is forecasted to increase to ten over three years.
