Cancelling an Order
After receiving your order you have seven working days
to cancel it and receive a full refund. In this time you must send the item back to us.
Your postage will only be refunded if the item did not do as stated so on the website.
Otherwise you will pay the postage.
Refunds under cancellation are not available for products where we make the item especially for you.
On our website the following products apply to this: Leather Colourant Kit & Colour Repair Kit.
How to cancel an order
An order can only be cancelled by fax, e-mail or letter.
A phone call is not enough.
Faulty Products
Any products with a fault or do not do as advertised can be refunded
within 6 months of receiving the goods. You must be able to prove that the item does
not do as stated on the website, and we will also test them item to confirm
this when sent back to us.
