Example: 1 Day Bespoke Course

This is the ideal course for furniture retailers wanting to train their staff to become more knowledgeable and have preceived experienced when it comes to dealing with customers. Ideal for sales people and customer service staff, this course teaches how leather is made and how to identify the different types, how to clean and care for the different leather types and how to make simple repairs.

• Staff will have more confidence and knowledge and so, offer a better level of service to customers. They can explain whey certain leathers may be more suited to a particular customer and so, reduce customer complaints as it will stop the sale of unsuitable furniture. e.g. A customer with young children and pets shouldn't really buy an aniline sofa, as it will stain and mark easily.
• The advanced knowledge will be recognised by the customers and will help aid sales, as they will feel they have been given a good level of service.
